We recommend that you send your item in for professional washing. However, if you do wish to wash at home, the following care steps are needed:
Step 1: Detangle
Before washing, detangle the hair.
Start from the ends and work toward the root to decrease shedding.
Step 2: Rinse
Use cold to room temperature water.
Rinse from roots to ends.
DO NOT soak or rub – this can cause tangling.
Step 3: Shampoo
Use half a cap full of shampoo.
Distribute the small amount throughout the hair.
Rinse thoroughly.
Step 4: Condition
Use half a cap full of conditioner.
Keep about ½ inch away from the root.
DO NOT apply conditioner to the root.
Tip:
Do not blow dry. Let it air dry overnight.
