✅ Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return and refund:
- The return must be postmarked within 5 business days of the delivery date.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the original box.
- Lace must be uncut and tags must remain attached.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in new condition.
❌ Ineligible Returns
Returns will be forfeited and no refund will be issued if:
- The lace has been cut or altered in any way.
- Tags have been removed.
- The product is returned outside the 5-business-day window.
- The original box or packaging is missing or damaged.
- The item shows signs of wear, use, or tampering.
💸 Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the item is inspected and approved.
